Pre-Pesach Appeal 2017

Dear Friend,

As you may know, for well over twenty-five years we have been collecting funds at this time of the year for a unique Pesach fund. All monies donated are given to needy families in such a way that they are not made to feel like charity cases. The highest level of helping those in need is to do so whilst defending their sense of self-worth and honor.

Our communal work has now encompassed a daily free food distribution service that helps those in need whilst reducing food wastage of food in our local shops. This has especially been of great support for families struggling with their Shabbos needs.

Another innovative program we are in the midst of initiating, is facilitating the purchasing of high-quality new furniture for growing family’s, with low incomes at extremely low cost.

I turn to you again for your help, knowing full well that you are being besieged by many such appeals. I only ask that you allow our long history of helping in this way stand to our credit and that you will do your utmost to help.

I thank you in advance for your understanding and generosity and pray that in the merit of your support, you and yours will see only good health, happiness and prosperity. May all the blessings for a happy Purim bring you joy and may you see a chag kosher vesomeach.
